By the laws of nature, some lovely piggies grow small and some grow big so ham sizes do vary… we can offer no guarantees on specific sizes. Payment details at the bottom of this form.

  • This is a lean ham that has very little fat and as the name suggest it is teardrop shaped, netted, brined and smoked over Beech wood. Perfect size for smaller gatherings this Christmas. This ham can be glazed, or simply enjoyed as is! Teardrop ham is made from the back leg muscles of APIQ certified free range pigs. 1.3 to 2kg. Brined using aromatics such as bay, clove and black pepper then slowly smoked over Beech wood giving a perfect balance of sweet, spice and smoke flavour to this beautiful pork.
