Murray Bridge Cloth Cheddar

We have just got this stinky, sticky, orange cloth bound Cheddar in. A cheese who’s name we know well but this batch was made in a 4 kilo wheel, resulting in a creamy but crumbly texture. If you like a clean cut dont buy this rough diamond! Initially taste is lightly caramel that gives way some what to a  sharp well rounded Cheddar flavour as it warms in the mouth.
South Australia. Approx 150g.
