It’s milky and soft with a subtle sweetness. Just perfect for Caprese salad. It’s so easy! Slice ripe tomatoes, cut or tear the mozzarella. Arrange on a plate. Scatter basil leaves over the top, drizzle with olive oil. A grind of pepper and salt finishes it off.
