Mulberrys 2025 Xmas Ham List.

Pick up from Friday 12th to Wednesday 17th December.
All full hams must be picked up by Wednesday 17th.
Ham on the bone sliced by us can be picked up on the 24th.

By the laws of nature, some lovely piggies grow small and some grow big so, ham sizes do vary… we can offer no guarantees on specific sizes.  Please order promptly. Payment details at the bottom of this form. Please drop into the shop if you have any questions.

  • BARKLY SMOKEHOUSE GRANDMOTHER HAM

  • A fully boned leg which is hand trimmed and tied with the skin left over, then smoked over german beech. 2 to 3kg. This ham is sold by weight at $38.90 per kilo so you get what you pay for, nothing less, nothing more.

  • BARKLY SMOKEHOUSE GYPSY NUT HAM

  • This ham is lean and smoked over German beech. Sweet and juicy with a lovely balance of flavours. The perfect size for a small gathering. Approx 800gm to 1.2kg kg. Sold by weight at $33.10 per kilo so you get what you pay for, nothing less, nothing more. - APPROX $26 (800g) to $39 (1.2kg)
  • SALT KITCHEN TEARDROP HAM


  • This is a lean ham and as the name suggest it is teardrop shaped.Its smoked over Beech wood. Perfect size for smaller gatherings. This ham can be glazed, or simply enjoyed as is. Teardrop ham is made from the back leg muscles of APIQ certified free range pigs. 1.3 to 2kg. This ham is sold be weight at $34.60 per kilo so you get what you pay for, nothing less, nothing more. - APPROX $45 (1.3kg) to $69 (2kg)
  • SALT KITCHEN LEG HAM.

  • Bone-in hams are made from Western Plains pigs and are the perfect size to glaze or simply carve at your Christmas table this year. Brined using aromatics such as bay, clove and black pepper then slowly smoked over Beech wood giving a perfect balance of sweet, spice and smoke flavour to this beautiful pork. APIQ Certified Outdoor Bred.
    Weight 5 - 6kg, $32.60 per kilo. Hams are sold be weight and weights can vary so you get what you pay for, nothing less, nothing more. - APPROX $163 (5kg) to $195 (6kg)
  • SALT KITCHEN BONELESS HALF HAM

  • Traditional English boneless smoked ham. Double smoked over European beech wood. Western Plains Pork, Mt Mercer. Approx: 2.5 kg $39.20 per kg
  • SALT KITCHEN LEG HAM, Hand sliced 300gm

  • We slice by hand from ham on the bone. Sold in 300g Amounts. In the quantity box type in 1 for 300gm, 2 for 600gm and so on. These orders will be ready for pickup on the 24th. Let us know if you prefer a different date.
